Several months ago, I purchased my second car from Kia Country. My experience was just as good as the first time I purchased about 3 years ago. Courtney's emails about a special offer they had going on was what got me back the second time and luckily Steve and Elijah were still there. I live about two hours away, so they were very good about doing a lot of things online and on the telephone. I knew exactly what I wanted, I wanted the Kia Optima just like before, but I wanted the Navigation system in it. I also wanted the white color just like before. They didn't have it in stock, but called around until they found one. With just a day or so, I was on my way to pick up my car. Once I got there, all the paperwork was ready for my signature and I was on my way back home in no time. I will definitely continue to do business with Kia Country. It is well worth the drive. More

After having been in contact with Robert, I finally visited the dealership. Robert took the time to talk to me to find out what I was looking for and what my position was. Friendly and efficient, found me the perfect car, and was a great help with financing! Sam sat in a similar car with me , 'teaching' me the voice activation system, navigation, etc. I'm still learning ,but h a great help with financing! Went to dealership to sell our Kia sorento back thought it was a joke turned out not to be. Then we seen the Kia optima and fell in love with it.
