Courtney answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns my wife and I had about every aspect of this deal. The Deal was sealed with a Mr Ken Hines as he detailed the great services that both Kia Corp and Kia Country of Charleston provide to their customers. We did a thorough walk around and through the car pointing out the advantages of a Kia Rio and ownership benefits. I live 125 miles away and drove past several other Kia Dealers to get the best personal service from my new friends in Charleston. I've been looking for a new car for weeks. I've searched all around, researched what to but and I had narrowed it down to a select few. The day before I visited KIA COUNTRY on Savannah Hwy I had gone to 5 other local dealerships and left frustrated and disappointed. That all changed when I met Frank Classen at Kia Country on Savannah Hwy. Frank was personable and knowledgable. He did not get frustrated at my numerous questions and happily showed me just about every model, color and trim level of most every car in their inventory, even cars still factory wrapped in the back lot. I was not pressured to be sold extra options or the top of the line models. This was the best car buying experience I've had and this the 6th car I've purchased from a dealership for myself, not counting the dozen times I've gone with friends or family to buy a car. The wait from shaking hands to driving off the lot was very reasonable. The car was prepared beyond my expectations, and I love driving off with a full tank of gas. Frank took the time to show me and explain to me how everything works in the car. I didn't feel talked down to and I left satisfied knowing IF I came up with any questions after my purchase I was welcome to go back and ask for help. Just before I left, Frank set up my first oil change appointment. That was an unexpected nice departing touch. I had the best car buying experience with Kia Country of Charleston. I never thought I would ever say that, since I’ve had some bad experiences with other vehicle sales people in the past. Knowing that we just traveled 2 hours to the dealership and had another 2 hour drive back home, the staff, specifically Sam and Courtney were very thorough explaining the paperwork, vehicle options and operations and were still able to get us back on the road to our busy lives quick and painlessly. In an hour and a half to be exact! Out of the 3 dealerships that contacted me, two dealerships fell flat and didn’t even come close to Kia of Charleston’s sales rep Courtney’s service. She gave me a no-haggle (not to mention the best) price and hunted down the Titanium Silver Sorento with the features I wanted, all this after I was told by the other dealers that they could NOT find one. Her performance and professionalism speak volumes for that dealership. This was hands down, the best and smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever experienced.
