I originally stopped in on Friday, May 31, 2013 to browse at an Optima and was greeted promptly by Lance. I explained to him what I was looking for and that I would be back the following day when I would be at an Optima and was greeted promptly by Lance. Upon my arrival on June 1, Lance had two Optima's ready for me to look at. I chose one to test drive and Lance thoroughly explained and showed me the details of the vehicle. I originally had just planned to test drive and then get some numbers and make a decision at a later date, but when Lance came back with the price he did, it was simply impossible for me to walk away without buying the vehicle. Lance was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and prepared for my visit and treated my wife and I with a great deal of respect. We also brought our four year old who was entertained by the toys and children's shows on television. That was a nice touch. After agreeing to buy the car, I met with Jeremy. He explained my finance options very thoroughly and made it easy to understand. This was a very easy car buying experience and I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I would definitely recommend Kia Country to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

After the purchase was agreed upon, they were willing to spend whatever time was necessary to familiarize me with the vehicle, its features, and any questions i had. However, based on my experience with this dealer so far, I feel confident in using them for service as well.
