I would highly recommend Kia Country in Charleston to any and every perspective car buyer. Elijah Tucker, my sales representative, went above and beyond to get me into the car of my dreams. Elijah was not a "pushy" sales representative, rather he took the time to understand what I wanted and needed in a new car and found me the perfect one, the Kia Rio. Elijah was highly respectful of my price point and did not in any way try to sell me something I could not afford. Elijah worked extremely hard to get me the best deal possible on my vehicle which I really appreciated. I found all the employees at Kia Country to be helpful and kind. My purchasing experience far exceeded my expectations and I am so very grateful to Elijah Tucker for working so hard for me. When it comes time to purchase my next vehicle I know exactly where I will be going! More

I went to Kia Country to buy another Forte for our driving school. I've been going to there for the past year because of their outstanding service department. Brian was helpful with agreeing on a fair price for both of us and getting me in and out of the dealership in 3 hours. I've been through a lot of dealerships buying new cars every year and to be in and out in three hours with a new car purchase is great. During the time there I felt like my time wasn't wasted and there was an eagerness to make things right for repeat business. Lance appeared straightforward and eager to help. More
My husband and I were the owners of a 2006 Sedona since November, 2006. Elijah Tucker was our salesman for that purchase and we have maintained contact with him over the years. He understood that we do not respond to "pressure tactics" and did not apply any. He is kind, considerate and honest in his dealings and suggestions with us. We have recommended him to friends and family searching for vehicles. Mitch Jones and his crew in the Service Department have always been kind and considerate to us. We had a serious problem with our Sedona and Mitch was very up front and honest in his dealing with us. That was quite impressive and through hard work, he and his staff solved the problem. He has continued to be considerate of us and all his staff does the same. Our Sedona was rear-ended and totaled and since it is our only vehicle, we needed to purchase a new one. Had the 2014 Sedonas been available, that probably would have been our choice, but no Sedonas. So we chose a 2014 Kia Sorento. Elijah was quite helpful in allowing us to look and drive on 2 separate days. After we made our choice, he was gracious in helping me finish up the details after I took my husband home and in returning the rental we were driving. Such customer service! Brian Smith was helpful with the financial details and I appreciated his being up front about some of the concerns and offers. Obviously we are contented customers and will continue our relationship with Kia based on previous experience. I would just like to say that I was torn between two dealerships. I just happened to come to Kia Country first and met Frank Classen. He was very understanding of the price range I wanted to be in and dealerships. I just happened to come to Kia Country first and met Frank Classen. He was very understanding of the price range I wanted to be in and did not try to put me into a vechicle I could not afford. Frank was very friendly and very helpful which made it very easy for me to take my time and be sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. I got a 2014 Kia Sorento and my husband came back a couple days later and got a Kia Optima. I am very happy with both vechicles. I will recomend Frank and his great personality to everyone.
