We went looking for a "first" car for one of our sons and really did not want to do the jump around from dealership to dealership. My boyfriend and I were not even interested in a Kia until we started working with Ken. I am a Honda lover and wanted to stick with Honda but Ken convinced me otherwise. He took his time explaining each of the Kia Optima models so that we knew what we would get in each one. Our hearts were set on the SX (who wouldn't love it) after the first test drive. When we found out that we couldn't get the SX with Navi at that time, Ken went a different route and worked a magical deal to get us into an SXL at the price that we wanted to be at. He did everything possible to make the car buying experience a pleasure. We will definitely be coming back to see him when we are ready for our next car and will be sending all of our friends his way. Ken is a great asset to Kia. More

Kirk is a very knowledgeable and patient salesman. My girlfriend and I test drove many Kia's both new and used looking for a car for her.
