Well it has been two months since I purchased my car. I love it, love it, love it. I did not believe in a million years when I walked into that dealership I would leave with a car. The staff was unbeli love it, love it, love it. I did not believe in a million years when I walked into that dealership I would leave with a car. The staff was unbelievable, absolutely no pressure. They are not enough descriptive words to describe the people at Kia Country. A car is a big item to buy on your own and I put if off long enough because I was afraid of being pressured and overwhelmed. It was like talking to family or an old friend. They listened and didn't try to sell something I would regret. I knew Kia was the way to go. I work in a company of about 200 people and in the parking lot there are more Kia's than any other brand. I feel comfortable enough to call there anytime if I have a problem. My worst nightmare turned into fairy tale. Thank you Kia and a big Thank you to Jermaine. Sincerely, Sara Summers More

Elijah was very thoughtful and took in consideration of how much I needed a car. As a college student traveling to and from school, he made sure that the gas and mileage on the car was fit for me. Due to circumstance beyond my control the previous car that I owned needed some extensive repairs that were too costly to pursue. Unfortunately, my credit was a little lower than the average so I knew tha that I owned needed some extensive repairs that were too costly to pursue. Unfortunately, my credit was a little lower than the average so I knew that it would be a challenging process to get approval for a loan for a car. I contacted Brian in finance in reference to this as to not waste my time or an associates' time. I was surprised that Brian was able to be so helpful and get me in a payment and a great used car. When I came to the lot for the test drive, Norm was wonderful and informative during the test drive of the 2007 Kia Sportage and the sales process. Kia Country of Charleston was a very professional and great car dealership, that was recommended to me and a place that I will recommend to others. My husband and I went to Kia Country looking to trade in our vehicles. My husband found a used vehicle that he liked and we began the process. We were working with Sam Washington. I still wonder why we proceeded with him for the following reasons: He was a bit shady on the negotiation. While trying to come to a price we all agreed on he factored in the tax/tags/title. After coming back to us with a counter offer (from whomever he was consulting with) that I didn't like, he pointed out that at least we wouldn't need to pay the approximately $300 tax because we were trading in a more expensive vehicle. I asked why he had included it in the price that we previously discussed and he claimed that he had just learned of this detail. It's hard to believe that someone who has been in the business for years did not know this. I called the next day to give him another offer, telling him that if he agreed, we'd be in to buy the car that evening. He told me he'd call me back. He never did. I called and no one knew anything about it. For some reason, we went in the next day and did buy the car from him anyway. We drove the car home with an empty tank of gas. I have never before gotten a car from a dealership without a full tank. It would have been OK if the rest of the experience hadn't been so low grade. The company then took over a month to send the payoff for the car we traded in. My husband spent a lot of time calling his previous lender and calling Kia to get this done. Once they FINALLY sent the old car payment, they were $56 short because the loan had accrued interest and so the payoff quote they had gotten at the time of trade in was no longer sufficient. This resulted in more calling back and forth for my husband. He called someone at Kia to discuss the issue. She told him she'd call him right back. He called over an hour later and she had gone home! The issue is still not resolved. They kept pushing for us to write a review, which I wasn't going to do because I didn't want to say anything negative, but this was the final straw! I bought a car 2 weeks later, but needless to say, I DID NOT go to Kia Country! More

Norm L'Heureux always kept me informed of dealer inventory in regards to the specific vehicle I was looking for with the trim and options desired without pressure. He was well informed about the pro inventory in regards to the specific vehicle I was looking for with the trim and options desired without pressure. He was well informed about the product line and all the various staff were friendly and polite. The deal was struck quickly and the finance officer was also great.
