He pointed out the used cars we originally asked about without pushing us directly to a new car. He left us alone to look over the lot and took our trade-in for appraisal. He then met us in the parking lot and answered all of our questions. We went on a test drive and fell in love with the Sportage. No negativity going back and forth over final price and or "selling you the Brooklyn bridge" at the end, in finance, with unnecessary pricy warrantees. Overall experience was amazing!!
