Everything about the dealership was good. But there was one major thing that happened that I didn't like. I was very direct and to the point about the financing department only running one credit report. I one major thing that happened that I didn't like. I was very direct and to the point about the financing department only running one credit report. I was assured several times that they would do that. Once everything was done and I got into the finance department, I was told they ran 3 reports. I ask him if he seen where I requested only to run one. He said yes, but he felt like he needed to do more. He did this without my permission. To me, that is a lack of trust and respect. I will not trust this dealership again nor will I recommend them to anyone. More
