No pressure or added cost to agreed out the door price After several phone conversations with Mike Brand he confirmed he could order a Kia Telluride with only the added features I wanted and provided me wi After several phone conversations with Mike Brand he confirmed he could order a Kia Telluride with only the added features I wanted and provided me with a vehicle price and out the door total. The vehicle arrived on January 30th, more than a month ahead of the schedule delivery time. Mike assigned Justin Bimonte to assist with the closing documents and unlike other experiences I had with other dealers, the vehicle price and out the door cost was identical to the one agreed two months earlier. During the waiting process Justin called me several times to maintain me updated on the vehicle delivery time, and was very efficient and knowledgeable during the closing process. Financing was also clear and with no hidden charges. Jeremy Wilson handled the financing process which was done in less than 15 minutes, a process that in other locations had taken me up to two hours. Andy Bittner was available to guide me in understanding the vehicle electronics and functioning, he even called me two days later to know about my initial experience with the vehicle. By far this has been the best experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle. It is a shame I live 220 miles away otherwise I would be taking my family's vehicle for service at their dealership. The distance will not prevent me from purchasing again at their location. Great atmosphere besides being a small location. More
