Robert “Bob” was very helpful from start to ending as I had my Kia Forte 5 serviced for a recall at n/c and the routine PM oils, filter change tire rotations. I moved here from the North out of state 4 months ago and Bob gave me customer service as if I were a regular known customer I was completely comfortable with Bob handling and building the Trish I was hoping for as a new customer. The service dept. and inside counter assistance as I paid for services was also kind and curtsey explaining the invoice in detail. I will return for service again my next service due. I almost forgot my Car was washed and dry clean put big smile on my face. Spreading the word KIA great customer service and quick services. The waiting lounge comfortable and offering cold drink and snacks. The crispy daily news paper it’s amazing team work. Thank you again. 5 Star score. More

The only thing good thing was that they had the Kia Forte I was looking for. The mark up was 985.00 plus their 999.00 dealer fee, I wasn't too happy about that. Almost an extra 2750.00 extra in their pockets I was looking for. The mark up was 985.00 plus their 999.00 dealer fee, I wasn't too happy about that. Almost an extra 2750.00 extra in their pockets. The worse part was the excuse the sales manager said it was a special order car Forte FE 6 speed. The best one was the extra BS in the finance office the lady tacked on an extra 599 for some BS Zurich Sheild. I said I didn't want it and she replied then you don't get to buy the car and she wasn't kidding. After I got the Zurich Sheild contract the contract clearly said in bold lettering and caps " The purchase of this product ( Zurich Sheild )is not required as a condition to obtain financing or to purchase or lease your vehicle " please be aware of this if they try to push this on you. Beware also they tacked on 150 for floor mats on the buyers order which I wasn't shown till after the sales and was emailed after, she kept talking and talking to make you loose focus on the deal. The sticker invoice already had the floor mats included with the car from the Factory. I didn't have a problem at all from the sales man it was mostly the sales manager and the finance agent. Just please be aware with them when you are sitting in the finance office. Sadly because of the current situation in 2021 and 2022 these dealers will take advantage of you. I have not yet seen a decent honest dealer in sales anywhere in South Florida. More

When the Kia Soul arrived, Mitch spent over an hour going over the features of the car. he also set up my cell phone. He did'nt let us leave until he was sure we were comfortable to leave. Unlike other dealerships, the service did not stop there. Any time I have questions, I only had to text him and within 30 minutes he answered me. If you need a new or preowned Kia, see Mitch Nathan. If you have any Kia , no matter where you bought it, see Bob Cooklin, They are straight shooters. Not many around like the. More

Service: Went in for a recall problem which included a courtesy inspection and of course they found something in this case my battery they said needed replacement and they could do it right away for $275. courtesy inspection and of course they found something in this case my battery they said needed replacement and they could do it right away for $275. Told them I would pass for now and on the way home I stopped at advance auto parts where they do a free inspection of the battery they said the battery Did have a problem, but not urgent And they can replace it for $205 plus tax. Moral: if you’re out of warranty, avoid the dealer. More
