Hello Vegaalice1977 Thank you for your review of our service department here at KIA Delray. As you might be aware every KIA Dealership is not the same and may have slightly different rules and regulations which is determined by the owning Franchise. Here at our dealership when coming to the service department everything begins and end with the Service Advisor. Guest normally do not speak directly to the Technicians because of timing. Your Service Advisor can and will answer every concern you have about your vehicle and translate those concerns into a Repair Order in which the Technician receives. If the technician has any questions or concerns, then they respond to the Repair Order electronically. We are a very transparent dealership with now gimmicks or hidden fees. At the end of your service the Service Advisor should review the entire Final Invoice with you. Total for service, labor, tax and applicable shop fees. I would be more than happy to offer you another opportunity to visit our service department by taking care of your next Oil Change, Oil Filter Change and Tire Rotation. Good Day, I appreciate your gestures,and may take you're kind offer. I must say that my business with kia Delray is not completed. I recieved a,call from your service manager offering to return my money , $804.92, just a,deposit towards work,which would then allow them to,order the bumper. It turns out now,that they are not able to do the work at the service dept,,and must be,reffered to your body shop, and that the price that was quoted to me will now increase, since now they will have to prepare the paint color for the bumper with 2 different paints. None of this seems professional, or very clear, you would think they would know this beforehand. Thank You for your previous reply, I will be going to your store today, to see how we,can finalize this dilemma. Thank you for your attention.

Hello Butcherman1762 Thank you for your service review. Every review whether positive or negative is very important to us here at KIA Delray. I understand your appointment was set weeks before you arrival. One must remember that when appointments are set that is usually all the receptionist is responsible for is setting the appointment with as many notes as possible to assist the Service Advisor. It is true that we do not update the GPS system in the vehicle, but this is a feature that KIA sends an update to every vehicle twice per year only in their late model vehicles. If you feel your tires were not rotated, then please I ask that you call and schedule an appointment to have this service completed properly on KIA Delray.
