Idiots: Brad Colby, GM, continues to mail me letters offering an inflated phony amount for the Kia Optima I traded in at another brand dealer 9 months ago. Numerous times I asked to be permanently rem offering an inflated phony amount for the Kia Optima I traded in at another brand dealer 9 months ago. Numerous times I asked to be permanently removed from email and mail lists. I stopped taking the Kia there before I traded it in because of a nasty, belligerent service rep. The previous owners of the dealership were out of touch with their customers and the level of service showed it. The car itself was excellent. But I decided not to buy another Kia because of the lousy dealer service and culture. More

During this time of reduced car inventories, the car salespeople who have no interest other than money are now blatantly price gouging. I was able to find the car that I was interested in with the very salespeople who have no interest other than money are now blatantly price gouging.
