The service department is fine, very professional. However the sales representatives and sales floor are awful. The three reps that were "assisting" me (two visits) Josh, Ulysses, and Christian were adversarial. Although friendly at first, their impatience and distaste for their customers come through. (Kia corporate was notified of the details). I walked out, and went to Phil Smith Kia and got a much fairer deal, and much better treatment. More
