Cathryn Winschel was not helpful and implied I was difficult and she disputed every thing I said even though she was grossly misinformed. Despite my homework, they still cheated me. This car is an embarrassment. I went there because of a Costco certificate, which they did not honor. I have notified Costco of their tactics. Do not go there. More

Jeff Rizzi, my salesperson was so nice and worked with me to find the perfect car. In this unprecedented and stressful time, everyone is the dealership was professional and safe. They got me to the price I needed to be and Jeff even drove the car to my home the next day for a HUGE surprise for my daughter. It was perfect!!! Many thanks to Kia Delray. He was blatantly rude and impatient after I questioned certain fees that were undisclosed to me until the very end. When asked for an explanation, he resulted to repeating the same things, just slower and louder, as if we were mentally inept. Our poor salesman almost lost the sale because of him, as it took Jeff and the manager to keep us from walking out. Brett is bad for business (excuse my alliteration). More

Better than expected I bought a pre- owned car, not spending much money. I could not believe the service/care I received from Ed , telling me of things HE would like to ha I bought a pre- owned car, not spending much money. He says he wants that fixed because3 he doesn't sell cars that have problems Then I dealt with Fred who worked out a very fair deal for me and the dealer.in the easiest manner I ever saw at a car dealership. Ed called to say the parts were in and he had it all worked out with service when I arrived. Jennifer , service advisor arranged a ride for me but I lived in the next county so they loaned me a car. (all on a used car sale) .Internet sales manager Cathryn introduced herself and offered assistance on the day of the sale. I called her to say the registration listed the color of the car incorrectly. . She took care of it immediately.( as far as I know she was not in this deal and was not compensated but there she was, taking care of things.) I got a good car, in great condition, with excellent customer service, at a reasonable price. What more can I say? More
