LEASED SECOND TIME We decided to lease again since the Kia Sportage she had was fabulous for the three years she had it. The service department is the best and Bob Cook We decided to lease again since the Kia Sportage she had was fabulous for the three years she had it. The service department is the best and Bob Cooklin always would take care of us whenever we brought the car in for service. He would also always check for any recalls and take care of them ASAP and get us out of service fast as well. As for sales We had an awesome experience with Fred Perlmutter the first time and I only wanted to deal with him this time and as expected he came through for us. This time he also brought us another fabulous gentleman named Jeff Rizzi who took the time late on a Saturday night to explain each and every part of the process for my daughter since this was her first time actually having to sign and learn about leasing. Marcy in finance is AMAZING and funny and also extremely helpful to us with regards to signing and explanations. Marcy will also give you snacks!! We cannot say enough about this team who really tries to work with you and help you be able to afford what fits your budget as well as just genuinely nice people. :) <3 More

The lady at the finance office, Marcy, was also (fast talker though) easy to come to an agreement with, overall a great experience at Delray Kia. The car was not detailed clean but that's the detail guys thing, and it was a Sunday so I guess they were not even on site, I would buy again from Delray Kia and would recommend them. More

LEAST FAVORITE THING TO DO I always say I would rather get stuck with a million needles than shop for a new car!! However my recent buying experience with Kia Delray was reall I always say I would rather get stuck with a million needles than shop for a new car!! However my recent buying experience with Kia Delray was really quite different. Patrick, our salesman made us feel so welcome and relaxed that it was a real pleasure to be there. Patrick made a proposal and Fred Perlmutter okayed the deal with no pressure and no “this deal is only good today”. My husband and I are buyers who usually don’t buy right away and Fred said take all the time we need, which blew our mind, because at most dealers they don’t let you leave till you sign on the dotted line. Last but not least was Kristen, who I believe was the Sales Manager, was so nice and bent over backwards to accommodate us in every detail of the transaction. Soooooooo, if you are looking for a new Kia I would highly recommend Kia Delray and especially our salesman, Patrick!! More
