I’ve leased 3 Kias this was the worst experience yet Update:2/4/2020 The Dealership incorrectly calculated the $ amount and # of payments on the vehicle that was being returned. The deal took approx a month to complete, plenty of time to get the deal done correctly. After the old car was returned to Delray Kia, I received a bill from Kia that stated that I still owe a payment. After way to much back and forth nonsense, and a lack of response from the Finance Dept (Marci) and 3 unaswered emails to the person that she directed me to KKellum. The dealership's stance is that they are not responsible for the payment they overlooked during the deal. This has no reflection on Mitch Nathan the salesman, he has tried to do his best to help.
