Went into the dealership to buy the Kia Niro Plug-in Hybrid and worked with Sylvester. “Sly” knew everything about this car inside and out. I went to other dealerships that didn’t have a fraction of his Hybrid and worked with Sylvester. “Sly” knew everything about this car inside and out. I went to other dealerships that didn’t have a fraction of his knowledge on their models and it made all difference in the world! Sylvester being able to show me all the features of the car (there are tons!) and teaching me the ways to get the best mileage from the hybrid is what sold me. Honestly had a great time learning about the Niro from him and haven’t looked back on the decision to buy since. Can’t sing Sylvester’s praises enough — great salesman who genuinely wants to help his clients get the best car for great price. More
