I drove past another Kia dealer in my hometown to see Al D in service. This is the third car serviced year, and thanks to Robert and Cesar in sales, this is the nicest one and it’s a new lease. This is our 4th time working with the folks from Kia Delray. We have leased 2 Kia Optimas and 1 Kia Soul. This time we decided to purchase a 2021 Soul with the help of a new sales rep, Jeff Rizzi. Jeff Delray. We have leased 2 Kia Optimas and 1 Kia Soul. This time we decided to purchase a 2021 Soul with the help of a new sales rep, Jeff Rizzi. Jeff was waiting at the door when we arrived and listened to what our prior experiences had been like and what had been previously discussed. Jeff was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and made this 4th experience as smooth and as easy as a car purchase can be. After having a horrible experience at wpb Kia, Marcos and Mitch showed me what a car buying experience should be like. Mitch gave me options on what would work out best for me and my 2 little boys. Upon my initial visit, I was blown away by the care and attention I received at Delray Kia. Each person that I passed greeted me or asked if I was being helped. I was partnered with Tom Davis and he had attention I received at Delray Kia. Each person that I passed greeted me or asked if I was being helped. I was partnered with Tom Davis and he had such attention to my needs for what I was looking for in my much desired Telluride for my wife. He stayed in communication with me as I awaited our special ordered vehicle and to my surprise, we were able to receive a mirror image (with side rail) of the same vehicle that I ordered days before my initial pickup date which made it all the grander. Tom even took the time to give us a thorough run-through of the specs and features which took some time off of us trying to learn it ourselves. A special thank you to Cesar who was very engaging when he took us on a test drive with our kids and to Fred who showed us his own Telluride and highlighted his favorite features. We are so thankful that we partnered with Delray Kia! More
