I went into the dealership for a usual oil change and tire rotation on my old 2013 Kia Soul. Love how well Bob Cooklin takes care of the service needs on my vehicle. While waiting, I asked Bob if Tom D tire rotation on my old 2013 Kia Soul. Love how well Bob Cooklin takes care of the service needs on my vehicle. While waiting, I asked Bob if Tom Davis was in (He had referred Tom to me before). Tom showe me several available options on the pre-owns and drove out with a 2017 Sportage with just 14,000original miles. I am very Happy and Diving my 4th KIA Since the year 2000!!! More

I just left this dealership and need to share my experience so others can avoid a similar situation. Over the phone I was quoted MSRP on a Telleride and told them I'd be there in 30 minutes to compl experience so others can avoid a similar situation. Over the phone I was quoted MSRP on a Telleride and told them I'd be there in 30 minutes to complete purchase. Was shown vehicle and price and agreed to complete transaction at $39,000+. They ran my FICO, which is over 800, and showed me various purchase options. We were than interrupted by Manager who said that there were "accessories" that were not included even though all of these were shown on sticker. I told salesman if price increases from what I was previously shown in writing I would walk out the door. After the typical infamous car dealer salesman-manager "discussion" I was shown a price that inflated to $43,000+ and I walked out after some pointed verbiage. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. THEIR UNSCRUPULOUS SALES TACTICS ARE WHY CAR DEALERSHIPS HAVE A UNIVERSAL WELL DESERVED NEGATIVE REPUTATION. More
Personally I have been part of the Kia family for 6 years, I had a used car, and just bought a brand new Kia thanks to Tom Davis for giving patience and helped us find our car that we loved. Mitch, once again showed the epitome of class and professionalism during my leasing process. He was patient, understand & courteous.
