He, and everyone I talked to during the leasing process, was friendly, helpful, and honest. I’m glad I visited Kia Delray after a bad experience at Honda because it effectively washed the sour taste out of my mouth about dealerships and leasing in general, and instead made me appreciate how great customer service and honesty can go a long way towards building a comfortable relationship for years to come. The location itself is very clean and inviting. I was offered food and drink numerous times during my visit and the sales manager, Fred Perlmutter, checked in twice to make sure everything was going well and that there were no concerns. For these reasons, the decision to lease from Kia Delray was an easy one. I’ll be back in the future and will also be recommending the same for everyone I know that’s seeking a respectable and honest car dealership to do business with. More

Al is an experienced and knowledgeable service manager who always goes over and above to ensure that any issues are carefully addressed. Gene Alloy sold me a Niro .He did a good job because I was not Sold on a Niro . My last 3 New Vehicles were Sportages , here at Kia Delray . I have a couple of concerns about road noise , the radio volume was not Sold on a Niro . My last 3 New Vehicles were Sportages , here at Kia Delray . I have a couple of concerns about road noise , the radio volume going down when I put it in Park , and the vehicle had over 600 miles on it , verses brand new . Patrick blew my mind with his knowledge of the vehicule.( every little detail was explain to me ). His kindness was exemplary ; I know many employees at this dealership from Al Dopman in the front to Jean in the back , they have always been very courteous and it's always a pleasure to go for any reason. Back to my new car I'd like also to mention that Brett Beeson was also very efficient and I even had the pleasure to see Bruce who I have known for many many years.
