I am a first time buyer (age 21), and honestly I was a little scared to be going to the dealership on my own. JJ walked me through the process and helped me to find the right vehicle that not only fits my budget but my liking as well. He helped me to understand everything so that I did not feel uneasy, he even gave me a few pointers on how to maintain payments, good credit etc. All I can say is JJ went above and beyond, and made me overly excited about my choice. Gene Alloy was a wonderful Salesman! Gene Alloy was such a wonderfull Salesman, and a really nice man, he made buying a used car, a painless experience. After telling him what I was looking for, he anticipated my needs, and knew what I would like. Honest is not usually an ajective that is used for a car salesman, but Gene was very honest with me, and never tried to talk me into anything. He was truthful, and direct, and I appreciated his help. I had never shopped Kia before, and only knew about their warranty, but nothing about the cars. I was very impressed with the car I bought, a 2016 Soul, which Gene told me I would love. After my purchase, Gene took the time to show me the options in my car, and where everything was, to adjust the car to my independent needs. I have, in the past, walked away from car shopping feeling as though I was beaten up, and ripped off. I had the opposite experience at Kia. I felt as though I was cared for, and my financial limitations were respected. Thank you. More
