Dealership new owner is not honoring parts of warranty My extended warranty states that there is no deductible for repairs if I get repairs at this dealership. New owner is not honoring that Sadly I will miss dealing with Ivan in sales and Al in service who do a great job and have kept driving from my new home even though I could get service closer to home. Since dealership is reneging on their part of the warranty, I am not going back for service nor will I ever purchase from them again. I will be complaining to Kia as well and any other regulators or rating agencies about this. It may seem like a small thing to them, but it is not to me. It is also the principal of the thing. More
