They do what they say they will do!! I leased a 2020 Kia S model and I have only wonderful things to say about the people I did business with there. First Jivko Jekov, he was the initial I leased a 2020 Kia S model and I have only wonderful things to say about the people I did business with there. First Jivko Jekov, he was the initial sales rep and presented several options. We agreed on which car I wanted and the features. I gave him my parameters and he brought Fred Perlmutter in to finalize. We shook hands in a matter of minutes and I did not need to take the offer in writing. I told him to hold the car. I told him I would be back the next day. I received a call from Katherine , sales manager telling me usually they require a credit card to hold the car, but they will honor both handshakes and see me the next day. The next day car was ready, everything explained regarding the car and features and then I proceeded to sit down with Marcy Cotter , Finance Director to finish the transaction. That went as smoothly as everything else. One thing I want to make special mention to, albeit it it is not a big deal money wise, but it was a big deal to me that they think this way. They gave me a range as to my final price when I first met them and I told them as long as they stick to that price, they would have a deal. I’ve leased 3 Kias this was the worst experience yet Update:2/4/2020 The Dealership incorrectly calculated the $ amount and # of payments on the vehicle that was being returned. The deal took approx a month to complete, plenty of time to get the deal done correctly. After the old car was returned to Delray Kia, I received a bill from Kia that stated that I still owe a payment. After way to much back and forth nonsense, and a lack of response from the Finance Dept (Marci) and 3 unaswered emails to the person that she directed me to KKellum. The dealership's stance is that they are not responsible for the payment they overlooked during the deal. This has no reflection on Mitch Nathan the salesman, he has tried to do his best to help.
