We visited Kia Delray two consecutive weekends searching for the my daughter’s first car. She is under 5’ tall and it was important that the vehicle fit her and that it had advanced safety features. Overall a very good experience with both friendly and efficient sales and finance teams. At the end of the day, I feel like I was able to negotiate a pretty good deal on a beautiful new Cadenza. An old-fashioned, "know your customer" dealership! Back in September my elderly mother turned in her leased Kia Soul at this dealership, even though she hadn't purchased it there. The Sales Manager an Back in September my elderly mother turned in her leased Kia Soul at this dealership, even though she hadn't purchased it there. The Sales Manager and staff were SO friendly and helpful, it made a real impression on me. It's not a mega-dealership where you're just another number and "next". This past Sunday my husband and I decided to look for a new car for ourselves since our own lease was just about up. To be honest, we really weren't even considering a Kia, we were more interested in a Honda HR-V or Toyota Rav4. On the way to those dealerships we were passing this one, and JUST BECAUSE I HAD BEEN SO IMPRESSED with them in September, we decided to stop in - just for the heck of it. We met with the same Sales Manager who had been so helpful with my mom, and even after going to look at the Honda and Toyota (with their ho-hum-just-another-person-passing-through-attitudes), we ended up buying a new, 2019 Kia Niro hybrid! We only picked it up last night, but so far we LOVE it! And . . . we're even happier with the dealership - something you don't see and hear about these days. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping in and talking to the Sales Manager Fred and the Salesman Gene. They were both wonderful and went way way beyond what you would expect in the way of customer service and caring these days!!!!! More
Kia DelRay is the best!! Mom needed a new car. We started going to dealerships looking at models, sticker prices and attempting to find a sales person who might have an inter Mom needed a new car. We started going to dealerships looking at models, sticker prices and attempting to find a sales person who might have an interest in helping her and guiding her through the process. After many terrible and frustrating experiences for both mom and us, she decided that she wanted a Kia. We went back to the dealership that was closest to her home, and told the sales person that we spoke with on two other occasions that she was ready to buy, and wanted to talk about price and start the paperwork. The salesman came back with an MSRP that was $6000 above the sticker price that we saw online for the VIN! That was it. We walked out and I told her that there are other Kia dealerships in the area. THAT'S WHEN WE FOUND KIA DELRAY AND FRED PERLMUTTER!!!!!!! Fred Perlmutter was kind. He was patient. He was friendly. He was helpful. He seemed to really care about helping my mom get into a new car at a fair price that she could afford. EVERYONE at the dealership was friendly. Even the staff that were not working with us were friendly! They all smiled and said hello. It was unlike any other experience that we had at any dealership during our car buying journey. Fred and his staff seem to understand that treating people right is how you get repeat customers. Kia is a great product, and yes, you can go to another dealership to get one, but if you want to be treated with respect and like a member of the family - go to Kia DelRay!!! More

We met with Fred Perlmutter, the Sales Manager, and what a difference! Fred was kind, patient, honest, and helpful. We were not left to sit alone for lengthy periods of time. We were not subjected to the constant back and forth price game, or the "how much do you WANT to pay?" game. I have never had an experience buying a vehicle from someone who was so respectful of his or her potential client. Every person we dealt with was positive and wonderful. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy a new vehicle. More
