My situation was complicated, However, Patrick was willing to do everything possible to assist in finally getting a new car. I wrecked my car, a 2017 Optima Kia, April 2nd. It was declared totaled by Geico. I had no Gap insurance and a negative equity of 23.3 K. After the settlement of 10,910 by Geico, I still had a balance of 13.3 K. Patrick worked and with the accounting/finance team, Howard, I was able to get the Kia Sorento SUV with a 10K amount to put towards the loan for the car I still owed.
