Fantastic Experience I was contacted by Troy after a visit to the dealership for a service visit. I hadn’t been considering exchanging my 2017 Sorento but after seeing the I was contacted by Troy after a visit to the dealership for a service visit. I hadn’t been considering exchanging my 2017 Sorento but after seeing the 2019 model, I was convinced. The included 3rd row seat is a great advantage for when my son and his family come to visit. I felt bad that his partner was squeezing between the 2 car seats in the back. Now, we have room for everyone including my parents, the great grandparents. Troy did a great job of evaluating which features I needed in a car from our initial conversation without asking a ton of questions. He really matched the car to the person well. During the approval process, he did a wonderful job of checking back and updating while they did evaluations and got together the best offer and figures. Howard the finance guy was detailed and thorough as he went over each aspect of the financing and additional maintenance and optional services. I was able to make a much more informed decision than last time. I love the car and I am very satisfied with the customer service experience. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Troy and Howard. More

Surprised me with the impossible! Stopped in at Grieco Kia before getting my Mazda serviced next door at Grieco Mazda. Test drove a Kia Niro LX w/technology package and a couple other Stopped in at Grieco Kia before getting my Mazda serviced next door at Grieco Mazda. Test drove a Kia Niro LX w/technology package and a couple other options. Really liked the car but it was a few thousand more than I was looking to spend. My salesman, Sylvester asked me "what will it take for you to drive out in this car today". Told him the payment and loan length I was planning on spending on a base model. He made one trip to the sales manager and came back and shook my hand! Never expected them to make it happen but glad they did! I love this car (55.3MPG!). I drove 30 miles to Gieico, while passing three other Kia dealers who flat out refused to deal on a Niro. From greeting me at the door, to driving off the lot in my new Niro, I spent about 2.5 hours at the dealership. Easily the fastest and most hassle-free car purchase ever! I would not hesitate to recommend Grieco Kia as a dealership or Sylvester as a salesman. You wont be disappointed with either. More
