Straightforward I despise the process of buying or leasing automobiles. However, my experience at Grieco was such that my wife and I leased TWO vehicles here within I despise the process of buying or leasing automobiles. However, my experience at Grieco was such that my wife and I leased TWO vehicles here within a week. Fred Perlmutter is the Sales Manager who could not have made the process easier/less stressful. Ask for him if you go here. Our Sales Associate was a very pleasant person named Desmond Baldie. This person is cool as a cucumber and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and processes. Ask for Fred and Desmond and you will not be disappointed. The reason I don’t give this dealer 5 stars is because of the process(s) at the end. Our meeting (required) with the Business Manager was the most laborious part of the transaction(s). Brett Beeson was the Busoness Manager we met with. He is very knowledgeable and means well. Be ware of the up-sells at the end. Some are nice, some are not. Your choice. All told, this is a dealer I would recommend. One of the better experiences we’ve had. More

The service manager I like to deal with, Robert, is always friendly, courteous, and patient while explaining to me what needs to be done. The only thing I do not enjoy is the waiting. It takes way too long to get my car back once it goes in, even though I was given an estimated time for pick up. An hour and a half later than that is just not reasonable. More
