2 hour wait? Had my girlfriend drop my car for what would've been an hour service. First service at KIA I took my 2017 Kia Niro for service without an appointment and arrived 30 minutes before opening to see if they could take me that day. I was told it I took my 2017 Kia Niro for service without an appointment and arrived 30 minutes before opening to see if they could take me that day. I was told it was no problem. Car was done including a couple of service recalls (i don't think they were recalls, just addendums). i did have to wait a bit (2 hours), however they offered a ride home if i wanted one. I just waited in the waiting room and had coffee and cookies. With the WIFI connection I managed to keep up with work no problem. More
