Improvement potential Service ok, however beige driver seat cover was dirty after the pick up (apparently from one of the mechanics since it was not plastic covered). Car wash included but only outside; a short inside cleaning would have given a much better impression (war wash offer seems only to be a marketing gag). Also asked for a quick car wash of the second car that was purchased at Kia Grieco but was rejected by the Site Manager (only possible when car is in service) - disappointing ! Discount was not included on the first draft invoice and I had to complain. More

Great experience! I had been from dealership to dealership all day searching for the right car deal for me. I had driven a Kia Sorento as a rental car with some friends I had been from dealership to dealership all day searching for the right car deal for me. I had driven a Kia Sorento as a rental car with some friends in Colorado a couple of years back and both myself and one of my buddies fell in love with the mid size SUV. After he leased one last year, I knew it was at the top of my list when I was ready to sign my own lease. We arrived at Grieco Kia and Ivan was a very knowledgable salesman! He helped me figure out which Sorento model would be perfect for my budget and got me driving a few other SUVs as well. Ivan was teamed up with Jean who then sealed the deal for me! He was as sweet as can be with a very trusworthy disposition. He made sure I understood all the safety features of my new vehicle and set up all of the tech features as I explained to him that I was anything but a Techie! He was extremely helpful and I am grateful for that! Then came Kristen to settle everything financially and she was the perfect ending to my new lease! She was very thorough all while being so friendly and happy for me. The team over at Grieco Kia coe highly reccomended by me!! Thanks to you all! More
