Kevin Mullins was very helpful regarding what service I need and when I should bring my car in again for service. Since I have to wait for my car, it would be helpful if oil changes could be done more quic need and when I should bring my car in again for service. I quickly registered my car and reviewed with Tim the service my car needs. The waiting room was comfortable and the oil change took less than I expected. The service department was totally nonresponsive when i called to make an appointment and see if my car was ready for pickup. Went to voicemail. No one called back. Put on hold. I’ve bought many cars over the years and usually don’t look forward to having to do it. This past week I helped my daughter buy a car. We went to KIA Delray because my daughter saw a particular car she look forward to having to do it. This past week I helped my daughter buy a car. From the time Mitch greeted us at the door until she drove off in her new car a few days later, the entire experience was fantastic. No hard sell. No “salespeak”. Just honest conversations with Mitch and Jeff, the Sales Manager. I couldn’t possibly be happier. Even subsequent to the sale, Mitch has been very accessible to answer a few questions my daughter had. Before you buy your next car…..go to KIA and give them a chance to make you happy. More

The process was quick, the car was washed, I was provided a lift both ways and didn't hurt my workday.
