Kia Delray responded

The customer bought a 2011 Optima in August of 2017 with 77,614 miles on it . The customer hasn't been in our service department for any maintenance since then. We replaced their engine as per Kia recall in November when the car had 82,014 miles on it. We loaned them a car and she didn't return the loaner in the same condition that it was received in that they had for 8-9 days. The customer was upset that we gave them an almost new Forte to drive, when they were driving an 80,000 7 year old Optima☹ We replaced their engine and there was an issue where the car wouldn’t start on December and we towed in the car for free and did the repair. The most recent situation, the customers check engine light came on and we told them we would do a diagnostic for them for free. The diagnostic came back, and we gave them a copy, that the fix was it needed an evaporator sensor and the customer became upset that we didn't do it for free and writes that we were probably making the same error as was made the first time when there was a loose wire, and it should be replaced for free The question about the difference in price is that the used car department pays a higher internal price than a customer would be quoted over the phone, because they quote them a wholesale price. It’s a $12 difference. I would like to make the customer happy, but it seems like she is choosing to write bad reviews instead of us being able to solve the issue.
