The most important fact, I would like to emphasized, is that he did listen to us. At first, I did have my eyes on a white Kia, but changed my mind to s Silver one. They did not have a silver Kia available, but they have one for me coming from Coral Springs! We left the dealer with a brand new, 2017, Kia Soul Silver :) Jack was very attentive, and mindful regarding our needs. Thank you so much for making this deal happen!!! We will be coming back soon to buy another vehicle for our son :) More
Horrible customer service This appointment was the worst customer service I have ever experienced with Josh. I waited over an hour to get my tire checked, with an appointment. This appointment was the worst customer service I have ever experienced with Josh. I waited over an hour to get my tire checked, with an appointment. I was called in the middle of that hour to say my car was ready. However, when I questioned him about the fact that I have been staring at my car for the last hour, he replied oops, wrong customer. After the hour, I tried to get answers. Josh or Jack was extremely rude and condescending. We asked for the car back and he told us "you can go to tire kingdom anytime." That was completely out of line. They then gave me the wrong car back. He was rushing to get customers, that he couldn't even keep them straight. My mom was ready to upgrade her car but with the horrible service, she will be thinking of going with another brand. More
Great Service In and Out in less than 1 hr I recently had my 1st new car service completed which included an oil change, multi-point inspection and tire rotation. I made the reservation for ser I recently had my 1st new car service completed which included an oil change, multi-point inspection and tire rotation. I made the reservation for service online via the Grieco Kia Website. My service advisor Bob greeted me by name and had all the information he needed, based on scheduled reservation time. While waiting on the service to be complete I was able to do some work on my laptop by using the free WiFi in the service waiting room. In less than 1 hour my service was complete and Bob had applied a service coupon to my bill which saved me about $15.00. I have been a Kia customer for over 7 years, and my wife and I have had 4 Kia's. This dealership and service center is by far hands down the best, compared to other local Kia service centers I have used. I highly recommend that you give them your business. More
