He learned my requirements - including what I did and did not want to deal with during the process - and helped me find the vehicle that I wanted. He was great, knowledgeable and professional. I did have some headaches during the finance process, however. I felt pressured - despite repeatedly saying that I was not interested - to purchase additional protections, which I did not feel were of adequate value for the cost. It should not be necessary to say "no" more than once. I understand that it's part of their job, but next time, I'll likely obtain outside financing and not deal with those hassles. More

Edson took us for a spin and he was very informative about the vehicle. It was a pleasant experience during the negotiation process. After ordering extra equipment to be installed later, Grieco gave us the option of having a loaner car since we were far from home. Between Edson and Bob, they called every day to give us an update. It took a couple of days and everything came out perfect. Edson went in on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of on our new car. He went above and beyond and we would recommend him to friends and family. We are very satisfied. More
