Oil change Made an appointment for an oil change and tire light on. I was on time and they took a walk in before me. Spoke with Internet Mgr for days on the phone, worked out all the details and was assumed advertised promotion applied to my deal. Once I arrived at dealership and held captive for over an hour sales Mgr came out and said that the promotion did not apply to my car because it was too new. Said it was for cars 3 to 4 years old. No where in advertised disclaimer did it mention anything about your car had to be a certain age to participate in the promotion. More
