Oil change Made an appointment for an oil change and tire light on. I was on time and they took a walk in before me. The wait wasn't bad but when the technician brought my car up he noticed the tire light was still on. They never checked my tires? They took the car back and I had to wait even longer. Bait and Switch. This dealer is notorious for bait and switch advertising. They do not honor thier advertised ads. Spoke with Internet Mgr for days on the phone, worked out all the details and was assumed advertised promotion applied to my deal. Once I arrived at dealership and held captive for over an hour sales Mgr came out and said that the promotion did not apply to my car because it was too new. Said it was for cars 3 to 4 years old. No where in advertised disclaimer did it mention anything about your car had to be a certain age to participate in the promotion. More
