The only thing I was looking for in a ve If you are in the market for a newer car but have a special need or request walking in do not buy a car here. The only thing I was looking for in a vehicle was a full size spare tire, meaning a extra rim and tire mounted to the vehicle. My mechanic and I found a list of vehicles that would meet my need. So I knew which ones would work for me. Everyone at grieco Kia assured me that they could add a full size fifth wheel to any vehicle. So I found a car that worked for me, but it did not have the rim and tire on it. So I told them that I would rather wait till it was mounted to the vehicle before signing any paperwork. Once again I was assured that it would be installed. So two day later I showed up for the full size rim and tire. I sat there for about four hours, I had other things done as well, when they told me my car was done and I was good to go home. I walked out to the car and checked to make sure the correct size tire was installed, It was not. The service man Bob told me that his paperwork said that it just needed a doughnut not full size and I had to take it up with my sales person. So I went back inside and found David and told him the wrong spare was mounted to my car. David then proceed to tell me that a doughnut was a full size spare and that I was not going to get the correct tire because it would not fit in the spot. I told him that was fine I wanted my old car back and they could keep the new one, at that point he told me I signed a contract and I had to contact at lawyer. At this point I become enraged and only want to speak to the manager Jim. After speaking with Jim and the service manager they understand where miscommunication could of occurred and we're working on a solution. Jim told me that he found a rim a tire that would work on my vehicle but it would be a few more days before it was in. Then he asked if they fixed everything they were supposed to, I said no. So they got my car back onto the shop to fix the other small issues with the car. As I was waiting for them to finish those like magic they found a FULL size rim and tire and miraculously it fit. If it was not for Jim or I think her name is Bonnie I would of driven next door to a different delarship and traded in that car with the doughnut. I never want to buy a car again even though I currently hate the one I have now. More
