Sale of new cqr I was very pleased..... but! I have to say a touch disappointed when my docs got printed, my cap cost was 29,500.....not 28,500 like i was told. I s I was very pleased..... but! I have to say a touch disappointed when my docs got printed, my cap cost was 29,500.....not 28,500 like i was told. I specifically what my cap cost was, my salesman wrote it down. The finance gentleman said he did not have any idea why the difference,so he called the gm over and he said it was never 28,500. Thats not true. My salesman wrote down 28,500. All in all, i know i got a good deal on a great car but I didnt like that part of the experience. My salesman did a great great job. I will recommend him. More

Oil change and tire rotation Candy was very polite and professional. I arrived early to my appointment so Al helped me get started. He was very professional and friendly. Al explained about the importance of rotating my tires every 5,000 miles which I was not aware of and he informed me about a couple of upgrades that Kia needed to do on my car and thank goodness he was honest (great attribute) about my wait time. I had another appointment to go to so I rescheduled for the following week. Al accommodated the early morning appointment that I needed. Candy followed up with me about my cars process and made sure I was aware of what was going on. She did mention to me that Al was her mentor and that she was learning a lot from him. GREAT TEAM. bought a used car I had a good experience with the sales people. My salesman was enjoyable and the process was pretty painless, however I do expect the promise of fixing the dents to be fulfilled. Re: Greico Kia did call me and set up an appointment to fix the dents in my car. Not only did they give me a loaner car while mine was being fixed but they were able to remove the dents completely!!! Not even a trace of where they had been! They also touched up a small scratch for me! Customer service, service department, and fincancing were more the helpful! Thank you Greico Kia! More
