Kidding aside, he really made the used car buying experience easy, pleasurable and followed through with all commitments thereafter. We were in the fledgling stages of buying a used car and narrowed it down to a Kia Sorrento with low miles at the Kia dealership. Although we were "just looking", Mitch's laid back demeanor shattered the pushy salesman stereotype and quite honestly, we probably wouldn't have bought the car if it wasn't for Mitch. I don't know what the other salesmen are like at this dealership but Mitch is the man. There were a few loose ends post purchase but the staff and service department were very accommodating and made the experience easy. More
