Wonderful service! I brought in my Kia for an oil change, tire rotation, and general inspection. I was promptly met as I drove my car in and was immediately taken care I brought in my Kia for an oil change, tire rotation, and general inspection. I was promptly met as I drove my car in and was immediately taken care of by the service department. They promised me that my car would be serviced, washed, and ready in about an hour. 2 for 1 I went to GRIECO Kia with the intention of buying one car. The minute I arrived Patrick welcomed me with that big, wonderful smile of his and he was a I went to GRIECO Kia with the intention of buying one car. The minute I arrived Patrick welcomed me with that big, wonderful smile of his and he was all about finding the right car and color for me and my wife. It didn't matter that it was 90 degrees in the south Florida scorching sun and that my wife, being as selective as she is was very picky. He went out as many times as he had to in order to get us into the right car, he showed us so many cars that we ended up buying two vehicles. Buying one car is time consuming, imagine buying two. Well, I can tell you that David stepped in and helped with the transactions as well as keeping us involved and informed of the purchases with good conversation and good coffee to help pass the time; and before i knew it we were driving off with two new vehicles. It was not long process at all considering we traded in one vehicle and purchased another. My hats off to the GRIECO team, from the sales staff to the financing staff, they made it happen, they made my wife happy and that makes me a very satisfied customer.
