Good experience. We knew what car we wanted and the options we wanted. I reviewed the website to see if the car I wanted was available. They had 3 on the lot. I called the dealership and requested an "out of the showroom" lease payment with for the length of time and down payment I wanted. To their credit they provide a monthly fee (all inclusive) and honored it when I arrived at the showroom. All went well, purchased and took car home with several hours. More

Al and Chris I recently took my car in because of a problem with my gas tank. I was scheduled with Al and when I brought my car in, not only had he explained what I recently took my car in because of a problem with my gas tank. I was scheduled with Al and when I brought my car in, not only had he explained what I needed to do so they can test my gas tank so I can be prepared, he also checked for any recalls and had found one that he had the technicians take care of immediately so I only had to do one visit. Time is very important to me and this really impressed me. Not a week went by before I ended up with a flat and I didn't have my spare tire yet so I had it towed in for tire repair. Chris was my service advisor this time. Very friendly and took care of all my car needs including advising me about the spare tire. At that visit, I happened to run into Al from the first visit and he remembered what I was in for the first time and asked how everything was doing. This just shows me, they actually remember people not just cars coming in and out. More
