I had a doctor's appointment and Robert Cooklin made sure I made my appointment on time. My car wasn't ready so he contacted Diane and reserved a loaner car. Diane was professional, courteous and when the first car she gave me smelled like smoke, she sprayed it for me to remove the odor. Before I could leave the place Diane found another car that was smoke-free. I appreciated that since I have a compromised immune system. Phil Rosenfield drove me home and picked me up the day before and he is a gentleman, professional and courteous. I rated the service with 4 stars because I didn't get my car back the same day. More
