Speechless Car buying is bar none the worst experience people can possibly have. However, this time around it was a painless process. I didn't need a new car and I was very clear about that. I didn't want to exceed a specific dollar amount, again something I was very clear about. I was specific about the car I wanted. I got the car I wanted, I didn't (well not by much) exceed the price I supplied and I had an OUTSTANDING salesman. But wait, Sales isn't the only department that I have wonderful things to say about. After exploring other dealerships, this dealership stood out as an excellent customer service experience from the minute that I approached the front door. The front desk person opened the door for me and then went to get the person with whom I had an appointment. Since I was early, that person was not there. The sales manager greeted me instead, explained the process of evaluating my trade-in, and then assigned Alex to me. Also, I should mention that I appreciated that my appointment confirmation call was an hour before the appointment at 10 am instead of 8 am unlike other dealerships. Since I am disabled, l am not at my best early in the morning so this was another positive factor in considering this dealership. My sales experience was informative and unrushed. A postive aspect of the sales experience was that the test drive took place in the car that we decided was the best fit for me. This was a deciding factor as well as the ability to meet offers that I had received from those other dealerships. This is best customer service experience that I have ever had in buying a car. More

There is never a problem I always get the best price right away and I don't need to haggle back and forth. They always beat the other dealerships. As long as I am driving a KIA I will only use Grieco KIA & Sylvester. I live 5 minutes from another KIA dealership but I will never get a car from them. More
