Always Great Had Arthur as usual. He was great as always, informative, polite and helpful. Also took care of another issue I was having that wasn't the main reason Had Arthur as usual. Can't remember her name (Debbie) but the service cashier is also great, and used my Oil rebate she always sends me after my visits. And I always appreciate their complimentary coffee/cappuccino machine, and this time they had a newer better machine that also has other drinks for none coffee drinkers (hot chocolate). Waiting area is great and also has water bottles and pastries/cookies. The actual auto service was great as always. Unlike most places, I do not dread getting my cars services at Grieco. More

REALLY great salesman, Edson Dealmeida Upon ariving at the KIA dealer I was greeted by the smiling face of Edson. He was not aware that I was predisposed to buying the KIA Soul just because Upon ariving at the KIA dealer I was greeted by the smiling face of Edson. He was not aware that I was predisposed to buying the KIA Soul just because I liked the looks. This was to be a car that had to be able to fit me comfortably as well as hold my golf clubs. It wiull be a car that I will only use in Florida for the six months that I will be living here. After Edson explained all the salient features of the car he brought a Soul to the showroom and said I should get in, and he and I took it for a drive. I was greatly impressed, and told him so. After getting through all the paperwork, (and there was a lot), I drove the car home. One of the telling features of a new car is what your neighbors think of it on first seeing it. My neighbors were all very much impressed at the looks and on the room-e-ness but even more so at the cost. My experience at Grieco, and with Edson, has been excellent. I was a salesperson in the now non-existent photo industry for over 40 years. I had many salemen working for me from Maine to Florida. Edson would have been my choice for a managerial position. As a former salesman I'm an easy mark to be sold. However, Edson made my buying experience a truly smooth one. Thank you for having him in your employ More
