Lots of promises without delivery. No communication. Everyone had time to answer questions and help before I bought the pre owned car. The car had some issues that needed addressing and I was assured by everyone that they will take care of it. Once I paid for the car, everyone got too busy to take care of the issues. I had to visit the dealer 3 times after purchasing the car! The financial guy is incompetent. Had to do over the paper work about 3 times! He put wrong date, sold us a maintenance package that he gave us False information on and even over charged us for something. No one apologized not Alex not Joshua and these are managers? The only one that apologized was Steve but he too promised to take care of these issues in one visit but yet he didn't. Didn't even call me back. Steve did give me a tank of gas and a couple of oil changes at least he tried to recover from the bad customer service. Even the general manager whom I emailed my dissatisfaction to, didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge my email. Instead he passed the buck to someone else. I'm happy I'm done with these people. More
