I was greeted promptly and efficiently checked in by Al, who is very personable and made sure I knew about the free WIFI, coffee, water, and snacks in the waiting area. The waiting area is simple but comfortable. I have actually met some really nice people in the waiting area. The customer service manager Debbie was very friendly, had a nice smile and made sure that the people in the waiting area were comfortable. Every once in awhile someone would grab a bottle of water from the fridge and ask if anyone wanted any. It took a little longer than they said to do the repairs, if you are in a hurry I would recommend foregoing the complimentary car wash. When I left I thought how nice it would be if all service providers were like this. More

Since I work fulltime, I schedule my appointments for 7:30 am on a Friday and leave my vehicle. The shuttle driver (Phil) takes me to work and leaves me at the door of my office building always on time. When my vehicle is ready, Al texts me, Phil picks me up at work and drives me back to the dealership. As long as they offer shuttle service, I prefer to leave my vehicle and pick it up when it's ready. The whole process is painless and very convenient for me. More

It was all true, no tricks, no gimmicks, just as advertised. The first car I drove wasn't quite what I was looking for. I gave my salesman my feedback and he searched the lot for a car that was the perfect fit and he found one. And it qualified for the advertised deal. Color me happy. I bought a car for my daughter here 3 years ago and was very pleased with the service and she loves the car. My only comment would be that waiting for financing took FOREVER! I love the car and will definitely return there again when it comes time for another car. More
