Outstanding service with Patrick I was at the dealership at 10am on Labor Day, I waited a few minutes for Patrick to get to work and then the dealing began. KIA emblem plastic peeling brought my 2013 optima (no apt) in for the Kia emblem front and rear plastic cover was peeling off....spoke with Robert Cooklin and he told me the sai brought my 2013 optima (no apt) in for the Kia emblem front and rear plastic cover was peeling off....spoke with Robert Cooklin and he told me the said replacement was covered under my car warranty....he checked with parts department to make sure parts were on hand...work order was completed and my went forward for the replacement...Robert is very knowledgeable and conducts business very professionally....the work was finished sooner than expected and the car wash...I would definitely refer Kia owners to Grieco Kia in Delray Beach.
