During our introductory chat I truly felt that they were interested in getting to know me and asked the type of questions to determine what type of vehicle and amenities were important to me. They listened and eventually directed me to their Optima model that fit my needs. Prior to just rushing me into the car Mitch Nathan carefully explained the benefits of this vehicle and how it compared to my present car. During the test drive he just sat back and waited for me to respond or inquire about a particular feature. When it came . to pricing we were able to meet an acceptable price without the endless back and forth. What also impressed me was at the conclusion management came over to just say hello and thank me for choosing Grieco Kia. A very nice touch.
