Well, he was very busy with a new Kia I am very disappointed with the way you plan service calls as I came in yesterday and was told to see Al Dopman. Well, he was very busy with a new Kia and took a long time. I asked someone else for help and was told to wait for him. Finally, he took my car with a big production as I had a letter from you stating the work and cost. I also asked for a car wash, well, you only do the outside. When the car was completed and I got in, I was disgusted that the windshield wiper was still dirty on the outside. I decided to just drive away. Enough!!!!!!!! More

Best car buying experience ever! I am 72 years old so have had a lot of experience buying and leasing cars. I knew before contacting any dealer that I wanted another Kia Soul, having I am 72 years old so have had a lot of experience buying and leasing cars. I knew before contacting any dealer that I wanted another Kia Soul, having leased two previous Souls for a total of six and a half years. This time I wanted to purchase. I checked around and made a few calls. Emailed Grieco and got a response from Jessica to whom I explained what I wanted, what I wanted to put down and what I wanted my monthly payments to be. She quickly emailed me back with figures which would work for me and even offered to come in on her day off. When I arrived she was waiting and proceeded to introduce me to Ivan who went with me on the test drive and answered all my questions, contacted my insurance company and the finance company and completed the sale. Both Ivan and Jessica were extremely friendly and helpful and my experience couldn't have been better. Not your typical experience buying a car. So I have nothing but the highest praise for both of them and love my new car! More
