AWESOME! I don't typically enjoy buying a vehicle from a dealer. But this was a totally EXCEPTIONAL experience! Following my internet search, a very nice youn I don't typically enjoy buying a vehicle from a dealer. But this was a totally EXCEPTIONAL experience! Following my internet search, a very nice young lady named Tami called me. She answered all my questions about the vehicle clearly without hesitation. The next day we met at Greico... she introduced me to Martin. Martin was so helpful, he offered a test drive, and explained even more about the vehicle I wanted. Then he introduced Alex the sales manager. What a pleasant, intelligent young man! We comfortably sat and discussed the "deal". He truly was accommodating, understanding the meaning of customer service. No hassles, no "upsales" , focused clearly on what I wanted to purchase. Without question, this was the most pleasant auto buying experience in my 40+ years of purchasing vehicles. They did not have the exact car on the lot. A day later they found it, exactly what I wanted! .........on the 4th day I met with the Finance Manager, Steve - we did the paperwork, including a loan, and a trade-in, in less than 1 hour. The whole experience was done in 4 days by 4 fabulous people.....my wife and I drove off the lot in our brand new Sportage. Done deal!!! We definitely will be back to Greico Kia again!. Great and Timely Service! I went to get my Kia serviced and Josh Fifi was my Service Advisor. He was very attentive and friendly. He gave me an estimated wait time of 45 minute I went to get my Kia serviced and Josh Fifi was my Service Advisor. He was very attentive and friendly. He gave me an estimated wait time of 45 minutes to an hour and was back in 45 minutes with my results. He even got my car a wash. Even the woman at the desk inside was very friendly and made sure my kids and I knew where to get the coffee and treats. More

He was friendly, knowledgeable and even helped me further understand the extra services I had initially paid for when purchasing my vehicle. He told me it would be an hour and 30 mins and it was as he said. Robert made a few calls for me to the vendors that I had registered with through Kia and even hooked me up with great car wash coupons. The guy is a class act and both Delray Kia and I are lucky to have him! The service techs definitely did a great job and I left a happy camper. Glad I don't have to go to a Jiffy Lube ever again!!!
