Worst Experience ever at a car dealer Went in to look at a Forte. Was greeted at the door and brought over to a salesman, Scott. We looked at a base model when I was looking for a loaded o Went in to look at a Forte. Was greeted at the door and brought over to a salesman, Scott. We looked at a base model when I was looking for a loaded one. Not worth test-driving. The salesman asks what I think about the car, I'm thinking what car? The stripped model we looked at in the parking lot? I ask him about pricing, he comes back and tell me the loaded one that they can get would cost me about $320 a month. I thanked him and told him There are other cars I prefer in that price range and we shake hands, I leave. He comes running out to my car as I am driving off, bangs on my car, I open the window and he tells me that the manager forgot about a rebate and he can do $280 mo right now. I said NO thanks, and as I am rolling up my window he yells profanities at me. Amazing. Additionally, the showroom is well worn, looks like it was last updated in 1994. BTW I ended up at Rick Case Kia which had the car in stock, quoted me $239 mo and because that dealership was such a class act, I bought the car I wanted from Rick Case VW. More

He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions professionally. When we got down to the final negotiations the manager, Tony was involved and we reached a deal that I was very pleased with. I never felt pressured by any of them. A couple of days after buying the car I had some questions and I dealt with Alex who was super nice and helpful. Next year when my daughter is ready for her first car Delray Kia will be our first stop. More

I don't usually like Grieco since they are extremely pushy --- insist on putting their license plate holder on the car, send me a zillion follow up emails and postcards, bug me with auto-calls reminding me that service is due --- and not exactly a bargain for an oil change and tire rotation (even with the coupon Josh found for me, it was still $46), but Josh made it palatable. The primary reason that I had such a positive experience was the knowledgeable, friendly and helpful salesperson I had...Juan Bedoya. I was fortunate to have Juan because he is an excellent listener who understood what I wanted in a car. Juan was patient with my constant questions, and It became quickly apparent that he knew the vehicle. Best of all he was able to explain its many features in a clear and understandable way. When it came time to discuss price, Juan was clear, concise and to the point. There was no "I'll check with the manager" conversation. He understood the financial aspects of leasing a car. We quickly agreed to a fair price. I'd highly recommend Juan to anyone interested in buy/leasing a Kia. More
