This previously loyal KIA customer is beyond desappointed! After three KIA leases, my recent lease purchase has left me disappointed and angry. I find now that I was cheated during the sales and service process and that will be the story I share every chance I get going forward. My sales representative was nice but I see now, I was not given a fair deal with regard to the financing or the "inspection/dealer fee". My service representative was a joke. Greico KIA has completely lost my trust with regard to sales or service. Think long and hard before you do business with these people. I would very much like to think that I will hear from KIA with regard to my grievances but I won't hold my breath. More

Problem created at Jiffy Lube, fixed at Kia Jiffy Lube flushed and emptied Power Steering fluid, but failed to refill container.
